Sorry to post this in here mods but ive a distinct lack of help in the audio section and i need an answer today as im stripping the car out in the morning to lay cables!
Does anyone know if the signal that goes to the tweeters on a standard ba mkii stereo is filtered (high pass) by the unit or is a full range signal? Tia! |

I've never heard of a stereo with seperate tweater only outputs.
AFAIK, it is filtered off the channel speaker...

Neiher have i but i have never worked with an all in 1 unit.
Im guessing stock tweets have a capacitor on them to filter the lows off? If so, my plan may work! |
