Any car of that era would have felt like a barge compared today models, I found the one my brother owned handled alright for what it was at the time, nice car to drive, not much different to the Ford GT's of that era.

ZC Fairlane 351 with factory 4 speed went for 26k. Is it me or is that low for such a rare Fairlane. Car did have a Victorian police VIN number, don't know the story behind it.

struth imagine what the Mother in Lawsd HG GTS 253 Manual, Lake Side Green is worth, its still got the original interior and matching numbers everything, plus orginal delivery dockets

ZC had 4 sp as an option, 351 was also the 4V in the ZC.

I agree with trublu as far as handling goes they were a product of their times and as far as Australian products go they were as good as it got. Maybe I was younger then so it didn't bother me as much now after 20 odd years of driving newer cars i would go out and explore the outer limits of handling in my 67.
