Ive got lows and have scraped once which was tonight backing out of a mate driveway, made my round chrome tip not so round anymore. Im really happy with just lows, enough to make the car un stock and 4X4 but still leagle i guess.

I just put superlows on my EF on the weekend and I love it. Can still clear all but one mega speedhump at the local shops, I don't know how it would go with 5 guys and full tank though, I'd be driving very carefully.
I'm loving the cornering now with almost 2 degrees negative camber. Will need to watch the tyre wear though. Just do it, will make your ford look full sick ИИИ. |

Also keep in mind that there are springs for 6cyl and 8cyl variants. ;)
6cyl spings will give a *very* low front stance. My year-old exhaust system however looks 10 years old because of those springs though, grrr Here's my old 6cyl superlows, coupled with my standard shocks. I've reverted to lows now, as I drive on some shocking roads out my way |

also gotta watch you dont scrape your exhaust. gotta tackle everything S-L-O-W and as angled as possible

If you get super lows you have to watch out at some car parks as the gutters are too high and you may leave your front bumper bar there he he
I have just lows and they are fine - dont look as cool as super lows but I dont have to worry about scraping anything. :

i have super lows in the rear and lows in the front. the exhaust does scrape occasionally. want to drop the front a bit more but do fear losing my bumperlol.
