Default Modifying your car, Wiht insurance

Hey guys, im looking into buying a car, but im not to sure how insurance + legalities of RWC etc etc go.
here is a list of what is being modified, could someone tell me if the insurance companies will allow? or problems with vic roads, thanks alot
-ECU
-Different Diff from Single spinner to LSD
- Differnt motor, XR6 el xr6 motor in a fairmont
- Manual Conversion

If someone could shed more light it would help me heaps in getting a car
