I know its bad to start organising something and not finish it but I'm not sure if I will be able to attend the drag day anymore and have lost interest in organising it.
So just wanting to see if anyone wants to volunteer to take over. I have booked Heathcote for the 22nd October starting from 4pm. So whats left to do is organise trophies and money for trophies (not really necessary can scrap trophies if you want), organise meeting times etc for the cruise up, confirm booking and weather details with heathcote before the event, do anything that needs to be done on the day, organise with heathcote how the event happens what type of racing and categories, etc, presenting trophies at end of night. Thats about it. |
