The CAA, very powerful and is law!! Civil Aviation Authority Mate look up your local council and ask them what there laws are governing airborne motorised craft?? Most local councils have strict rules on this. My area classes a kite as an airborne craft and can give you a fine if they feel like it. Sorry to go on and on, but I love this RC hobby and dont want any more rules restricting what I can do.. They realy are dangerous... complain and then complain some more.....
