hey mates
looking at tiling my house just wanna know if there is anyone with a bit of knowledge on it? atm, i pulled up my vinyl, and there is a clear base adhesive on the floor atm... can I basically putthe cement based adhesive over this layer without any problems? any advice would be mad as cheers  :
