Unhappy Blown Auto - 10 Months!!!!

Auto in my car (XR), has absolutely crapped itself. I have no reverse, no response in manual or sequential mode, and car kangaroo and bunny hops around in 1 and 2.
It gets into 4 then just goes straight back to 1, also stalls and runs really rough….
After getting it onto the tow truck (when we popped the bonnet), smoke was coming over the back of the firewall, the stench of clutches, fluid and metal burning was unbearable….

10 months, 30000 km’s and the auto went out with a bang (literally), now seeing this is a stock car, leaves me a bit disappointed…

I thought ford was clutches not autos.
On the bright side, it I got the holden I would have had 4 new engines by now…

Anyone else heard of these problems???
