Its the she'll be right attitude that has resulted in me doing a T5 conversion on my wagon. Honestly, there are plenty of experts out there that only get there information from heresay. What you're doing is great and as Sundeep has already said, its not like its an EL GT.

You'll find that it will save heaps of time if you use a alignment tool as its better than an aligning it by eye while you're all scrunched up with a bent neck whilst under the car. Try using a brass garden hose nozzle or even a plastic one to align your clutch. As far as the whole conversion goes, just save all your frustration until its time to swap over pedal boxes. Its the hardest of all. Saying that, its the best cheap mod that you can do that changes the way the car goes. Best money I ever spent on a car.
