ok so about 7 or 8 months ago (27th march) i crashed my skyline in to a truck that was coming out of a drive way i think i was doing about 80 problem is there was 18 meters of skid marks and my car was totalled now i think it was because the tyres on the car where old and worn out because b4 i brought it the car was just sitting in the car never being driven so is that possible for tyres to get old like that if so how would i word it in court or am i screwed and have to lose my license for 12 months plus
