NASA was holding a competition for the chance to name the new space station node and invited people to vote or enter suggestions. Stephen Colbert on his show asked people to write in the suggest Colbert to name the node after him.
Well - he got the most suggestions but NASA decided to over-rule the poll and name it tranquillity. However in the spirit of it, they did name something after Colbert... the 'Combined Operational Load Bearing External Resistance Treadmill,' or COLBERT.
