Default e-Safety Check question - need advice

evening all

i bought a car from a person who lives a little over 2 hrs away from me.

the car came with a weeks rego and an e-Safety Check certificate dated the 13th nov which failed it on a few things, namely engine mount, steering boot, trailing arm bushes and 4 tyres.

the car ran out of rego today and ive fixed the problems stated on the certificate but heres the question

do i have to drive 2 hrs + back to the mechanic who performed the inspection to get it checked off or can i take it any e-Safety Check certified garage?

or can in just let the current cetificate expire and take it again after 42 days for a new inspection closer to home.

ive searched the rta but no joy

EL
