For my 2c worth - technology can be a godsend, but also can very quickly smother and consume.
Consider the fact the number of texts, sms, mobile phone calls, in line with facebook,downloads,continual updating of mobile phones,blueberrys,ipod's etc - the monthly bill tab for the youth of today must be staggering. I think the OP has not intended to commence a generation against generation survey/war - but the cost of living for a teenager from the seventies/eighties would have been far lower. |
