HI members . this is a braod topic . And has many variables , perhaps someone can help me out with a poll. i'll try it myself . as stated many variables like age for a start , inheritences , investment debt etc etc .
we will call it realestate mortgage debt of principle residence. this is where you are paying a mortgage out of your income . and when you expect , to have all of your income to be expendible for anything other than investing . |
