Default POTENTIAL track for sydney and central coast enthusiasts

sydney sider's and central coast car enthusiasts ... where there is a will thers a way... it seems as though all our options are being taken away for experiencing some LEGAL driving fun. with oran park out of the picture, we are left to Wakefield park and Eastern Creek and some select few locations.. but ther is potential within real estate currently not being utilized by us enthusiasts, and what a lovely piece of real estate that is

all we need is one of you who's established in the business world to make a few calls and talk to a gentlemen by the name of Dean Wills, ex CEO of coke and Chariman of many companies ....

in his possession is a property which would be very valuable to generating another option of exerting some passionate driving ....

EXHIBIT A: http://maps.google.com.au/maps?ie=UTF8&...mp;t=k&z=16

a private driveway (for council purposes ofcours -bullf*nsh*t ) which i feel is being drastically under utilized, would you not agree... can someone organise for a barby with this bloke and im sure after a few kegs it wont be under utilized any more!
this is potential racetrack or even drag strip quality material , apparently with race grade bitumen already layed on it.. WHY/HOW is a place like this not being changed in a public track, the acoustics would be amazing ripping off the surrounding ridgelines

soo much potential guys... can anyone shed some light on some more information about this place
