Much better off with a low carb, high protein diet. Cut out all refined sugars (sauces drinks etc) and cut out grains. Only carbs you take in are from veggies. Then eat 5/6 servings of protein a day, starting with good fat and protein mix for breakfast. NO ALCOHOL either.
Sticking to this I have been able to drop 2kg a week, training 4 times a week - burning about 800 cal per session. |
