PS3 Network Problem

Hi Guys,
I haven't been on here for a while and I'm not sure if this post is in the right section, if not please redirect me, otherwise can you please help me out.

Recently I purchased a new Belkin N600 DB N+ Modem/Router and have been having problems regarding connecting my PS3 to it.

I connect it through wireless and have set up a static IP Address for it through the DMZ setting in the router. it works and i can play online with it but on all games i play, it says i have restrictive Internet (NAT Type:Strict).

When i complete an internet test in network settings it says:
IP address: Successful
Internet Connection: Successful
Playstation Network Successful
UPnP: Unavailable????????????????
NAT Type: Type 2

The UPnP setting is what i believe is wrong but i don't know how to fix it.
I have gone through the router settings and it is Enabled and i dont know what to do.

Before i purchased the new router, the playstation would work fine and connect to everything easily but unfortunately that old router i was using died.

Could you please help me as i am very confused with the UPnP setting and i wonder if its the problem.
