Default ReWiring Car (With Smartlock)

Hey guys,

At the moment my cars all wired up with 1992 non smartlock EBII wiring, we are going to strip a EBII 1993 smartlock car of its wiring (engine bay and dash) wiring so i can have smartlock in my car, i have one question though, we will be taking EVERYTHING of the wiring, and replacing my wiring, so i was wondering what has to be done to START the car once ive replaced all the wiring to smartlock, as wont smartlock be a B!@$# when i first try to start it? and be embolized or something??

and also, can i use for the time being a EA 3.9L MPFI ManuaL ECU (obviously isnt a smartlock ECU) with the smartlock wiring till i get a XR6 ECU?

Any comments would be appriciated

thanks

- Grechie
