Gday,
Not sure where to post this query so please move if necessary. I just bought a cheap 2nd-hand bicycle and was wondering if anyone can tell me the best way to remove the surface rust. There isn't much - ends of spokes, bit around pedal crank and the base of the handle bars. I have an old bottle of CLR, worth trying?? Wire brush attachment on the drill seems excessive for these small areas, just use a toothbrush? (not the wife's) Anyone have an old secret method that never fails!? |
