I have not been able to find someone locally to take this on.
I am looking for a person/couple/family.
I have a shop in Regional NSW. I want some one to run it. I can provide a house for $140 per week (maybe less)- (4 br renovated)
I will put the first lot of stock on the shelves, the income is up to the individual, the harder you work it, the more you make.
I will income share up to $200 per week each after that the profit is yours.
If you make $2000 profit in a week, you get to keep $1800.
My shop is on a busy intersection and whilst it is basic, is more than sufficient to do a roaring trade.
The business includes video hire, servo style take away (Pies, drinks chips etc...) groceries (in a town that lacks a supermarket) , African art (cool stuff) will include cleanskin wines too when I get the license. There is also on site tourist accommodation and nearly 1 acre of land for various enterprise that I will discuss with the person who wants the challenge. ( it involves cars and equiptment)
This is a NO RISK opportunity for a hardworking person to be a partner in a business.
Does this sound too good to be true? is that whay people are not flocking?
