Default spanner light on dash?????

gday guys i just noticed tonite wile driving theres a little spanner light were the kms is on my ef im not sure wat it means i just had the car tuned and did the oil myself saturday the oil is spot on full not over i used mobil sinthetic s 10w 40w for memory would this affect it in any way

im imagining the light is trying to tell me there something wrong with the motor? :

oh also got a crow cam fitted friday : but the car has been running fine with it no dramas and have done 200kms on it and this light has not come up

anyone no's wat it is or how to fix the problem plz let me know cheers
