Who are people using for their internet?
I've been with Optus for years and generally happy, but for the better part of this year my ADSL has been barely on dial up speed... just about impossible to ring a support line without waiting for an hour on hold. Of course you ring the "new connection" number you are instantly talking to a person... I'm also still paying my ADSL $$$ every month...  Thinking it's time to move on an go elsewhere, so looking for advice and experiences. I'm guessing most are no different as they all your the same lines and systems..but hoping there is better than Optus.. |
