Cappuccino Leather Material

Its nothing urgent, but soonish I would like to re-trim just the front sections of my front seats. The back and sides are mint, but obviously where you make contact has worn a bit, and has a few surface cracks.

Its just as shame because everywhere is in top condition.

Anyone know where someone could get the material from? Im not keen on trying to find the entire seats, which would also probably be worn anyway.

Would Ford spares be a place to start? i know Ait International (pretty sure anyway) make the seats for Ford now, not sure who did it in 1997.

Any help would be great. :
