Default Learner driver accident

Last night as I was heading down Burke Road, I was following a learner with her mum in the passenger’s seat, she was all over the road and sitting 1/4 in the left lane, every time a on coming car got near her she would swerve into the left lane and then swing back into the right hand lane :,
Any way about 2 minutes later the dog that was on the mothers lap jumped from the passengers side (mums lap) and onto the girl driving, and in doing so the girl pooped herself and swerved into the on coming traffic and then swung back onto the left hand side of the road and side swiped 2 parked cars, we were only doing 45/50 km/h but the damage was quite severe, the young girl driving was about 17 yo and the mother was in her late 40's and was shaken by the accident.
The family that owned the station wagon as well as the woman who owned the selica were ****ed as, when I told then what had happened with the dog jumping from one side of the car to the other, I gave my details as a witness and then kept on going to pick up the pizzas.
