i have more stable foundations under my Garage...they must have great engineers over there.... now i can open a rather massive can of worms right here and now including o/s doctors etc practising here but i wont....umm maybe i have opened it a little

Doubt it after the the poorly designed building were shown after the quake in Sichuan, where after the hype was over the government did nothing and went back the the way they regularly do things.
