Default Bored at work? Anyone else?

I work in the automotive industry, selling parts (not for Ford though,) and I was wondering 2 things. How many others on here work in the trade? And for those that do, has anyone else noticed a major slowdown in the last couple of months? We are so quiet at the moment it's not funny. People aren't dinging their cars enough!

People can't afford the fuel to get out there and mess up their cars!

Well I am sitting here in the middle of my 12 hour nightshift ... yet again.
Hence why i do literally all of my posting when I am at work.
It still gets pretty boring posting on forums as well.

What do ya mean people are dinging their cars enough, we're still flat out. Maybe cars are made to write off now? I don't know.
Those bad drivers are still out there and still crashing!!

I also work in the spare parts industry, and although I know Its the quiet time of year, it has been too quiet!
Nothing has been happening, usually during the week it picks up the pace.
And Its not just us that have been quiet in town, the 'opposition' places have been quiet too.
