Default Wireing for trip computer

I replaceing my Clock with a trip computer and i have been told that i need to add some wires to the loom to get it all to work.
i thought this would be the best place to ask so can any one clear this up for me?

I have EL XR6 with standard clock wanting trip computer to work.
Cheers

Speak to 'Kaddis', i think he has done this conversion to his EL XR6. He may be able to help you out with instructions on the installation.

Cheers Paul

Im doing the conversion tomorrow man...

If only you were in perth. :P

Not much to it ay, but it helps if you have the cut end of the harness off the donor car with the plug on it. Its not a direct plug in mod but it isn't really that hard to do...

Ill post another post in a bit when i find my notes on how to do it :P

Need to be a member to view, but this is a complete guide to installing a trip computer or clock in an EF/EL. Has loom and wiring details.
