Question 351 too tall for NC Fairlane?

Hey all! My mate has an NC with the 5ltr and wanted me to ask if any of you's knew if it is capable of housing a 351, out of, say, an EFI Bronco or something? So far, the word is that it would be too tall? If anyone has actually done this, could you please give some details? Would be greatly appreciated. : Lowering the engine mounts, or even a different manifold, I think he said, might be one way of getting around this, but of course, a straight fit would be much better eh? :P Cheers - SPS

This has been covered way to many times. Heard of the search button?
The two biggest problems are bonnet clearance and getting it engineered.

If bonnet clearance is your worry, dont worry.
It fits, and not hard to get the little bit of clearance needed, there are some o=pics on here of an NC with a BA bulge, and its sensational

Haha upset me? Sorry I was blunt. I am far from ****ed off. Hell I even drive an NC 5 litre. It just pays to do a bit of research before posting. All the best with squeezing 351ci of muscle into an already sexy car. ;)
