Yes, but the poor farmer gets screwed to the wall on milk prices, they have done for decades because it's a staple like bread. Funny that most consumers will whinge about the cost of a litre of milk but will happily drop $4.50 or $5 bucks on a 600ml iced coffee two or three times a day.
