Outstanding service!!

I'm going to give a shout out to our local Ford dealer Central Ford.

While wait times at most dealerships these days (or even good service centres) run into weeks (I was originally booked for May 1) they called me Friday to ask if it I could get it in today and provided a loan car and didn't charge for the diagnostic work and refitting the plugs on the ABS module and BCM.

Ford now have a system called Super Service where whatever is done is sent to you in a link that has a report (and pics) of the work done.

I booked it in for a 195k service even though it's well short at about 188k but it's overdue for time and the earliest date for that is 14th May!
