I'm not sure if this counts as a modification but hopefully it's good enough. Putting a new (by new I mean a cleaned up old one) head in my XC.

That's a decent enough modification (removing a head to replace it with a better one)...

Haha, The night I was set to blow up the 660,000km old engine or gearbox didn't blow it up, didn't exactly sound healthy afterwards either...
