Meeting point is the Shell EPIC service station at Watson and you'll need to be there ready to leave at 5.20am. If you have a UHF radio you can bring along, you'll find it a useful way to communicate with the others. You should be up at Eastern Creek at approx 8am. |

Just a reminder for those that don't have E-tags that they will need to set up a temporary account to cover their time on the M7 motorway to and from this event.
All you need to do is visit this site: http://www.roam.com.au/ And click on "Sign up for a visitor's E-Pass" Alternatively, you have 48 hours after using the motorway to ring 13 TOLL (13 86 55) and pay the amount owing. |

Hi everyone.
I am travelling up on the Saturday morning (seeing a mate at Liverpool on the way) and staying overnight at the Chifley @ Eastern Creek. Has a Saturday departure time and meeting place for a cruise up to Sydney (if we are going to cruise) been decided? Also, where are those who are travelling up staying on the Saturday night (I was under the impression most were staying at the Chifley) and are we getting together on the Saturday night for a meal (a curry - Thai or Indian with a good red would be good)? On the day I'm parking my T with the T series guys. Some have come up from Melbourne for the SAFD and are getting together in Parramatta on Sat night for a meal. Is there any interest in meeting up with them or do we want to associate only with our club members? So: Saturday cruise Departure: Yes/No where from Most are staying at: Dinner: Where and times etc (Happy to organise something) Cheers, Jim |

Jim,
Those travelling up on Saturday are meeting at the Shell EPIC service station for a 10am departure - should get us up to Eastern Creek by about 1pm. In an earlier post I advised that the Chifley was the best place to book, but left it up to everyone to organise their own accommodation. I thought we'd probably watch the V8s on Saturday afternoon, but no plans have been made for dinner yet - if there's something else planned I'm sure we'd all be happy to join in : |

We are most likely heading up early Saturday morning. By 8 at the latest. We want to go do some shopping for a few things we can't seem to get here in Canberra
Haven't booked any accommodation yet, and I'm not displaying. Will come out to the show Sunday morning and then head home. I will probably just book somewhere near Paramatta. |

It'll be a bucket, sponge, and mankini.
Might scare the residents of the hotel.
