Victoria's new # plate moto "No need for Speed"?

Victoria Vic Roads is just about to release their new slogan to go on all new number plates. The ones that are being considered are
No need for speed and Safety saves lives

Submissions are closed and it is going to be a road safety message that will be displayed with the odds on favorite No need for speed

All will be revealed soon but really ...... don't care much for slogans but least can liquid paper out the 'No' for better effect?

Waste of time and money ...... and really not required is my thoughts anyway.
