I work in a bar and we had a guy come in to talk to us about a few drinks and one of them was absinthe... The Green Fairy is one of the more well known, it has 2 types only difference is there is some red on the label. The one without the red is 60% the one with is 70%... They both have traces of wormwood but it is so minute that it will never really affect you.

One of the ppl that I work with is from the the Czech Republic and he brought back a bottle of the real stuff, we had a few drinks of that, with the absinthe spoon the sugar, etc etc. It was a pretty crazy night, good stuff but not stuff that you would want to do alot.

EDIT: http://www.absinth.com/

For a bit more info if anyone is intrested...

Well said Pully, I agree with you mate.

If you dont like the random content in the Bar, get rid of it. Otherwise, live with it and stay out of the Bar.

Edit: In fact, unless it is against the forum rules, then what's the problem? Or is the Bar against forum rules in itself??? What is the definition of "non auto related chat"?

An excellent idea if the attitude is going to be like this

There are some useless posts in here, and damn I do mean useless.

..its non automotive chat, not useless chat, how hard is it to keep the posts to retain some intelligence to its subject matter, or has that been lost somewhere along the lines?

The moderators are here to guide, not for your snipes...
