Basically i like heavy stuff but anything with a good bit of melody thrown in is always good, can't stand stuff that is just flat out screamo for 3-4 minutes, gotta have some melody to change it up a bit! At the moment really into Killswitch Engage, Chaimera, Caliban, but also really into not as heavy stuff such as Deftones etc..

Go old school for the REAL PUNK! Dead Kennedys,Ramones and for something a but wilder try a band called GBH! Thier album LEATHER, BRISTLES, NO SURVIVORS AND SICK BOYS!! Anyone familiar with them should agree.

Oh I might be the only one but I think "my chemical romance" Need to be drowned in a vat of gorrila ****. Hate that fuggin song Black parade!! Bloody Queen wannabees

have you heard of Lamb of God?

its "metalcore" its pretty much all screaming, but there are breakdowns, and a lot of melodies, although they are plenty fast :P

give em a go. you might be suprised
