Hi all, would anyone be able to help with a focus stereo locked. customer put wrong code in several times, but now has correct code, but display shows locked. Is there a procedure, or does it have to go back to factory. Regards. Geoff

I don't know the answer but it may help to know what model Focus you are referring to - had an old falcon one that did that and sorry to say but it bricked it - not even Ford could fix it, hope you sort it out

Hi, if all else fails ring Ford Customer Relationship Centre on 13 3673 (13 FORD) and they can advise but you need to know full vehicle details so have your warranty/service guide book with sticker in back ready as they will ask for details.....

Another way is to take your registration papers to a Ford Dealer, who should be able to look up the code. They may (probably will?) charge you for this, or may need to remove the radio to find serial number, which they will also charge you for

Failing taking it to the Ford experts (Dealer) then usually it's just a 24 hour wait.
Should even say on the display or in the manual.
