This morning my cat sat on the end of my bed staring at me... As soon as my alarm went off, she took it upon herself to get me up by walking on me, purring loudly in my ear and licking my face... naturally I rolled over, which knocked the cat off the bed... naturally she dug her claws into my arm so she wouldn't fall...

Damn cats... lucky they are cute!

You need to learn the art of tormenting the cat. Our cat would dive under the dining table when it was time to go out and attempts to extract said cat were met with scratching and biting. So if I wasn't feeling like playing nice I would get my ski gloves and go paw to paw with the cat. They could scratch and bite my hands all they like, I couldn't feel it and eventually it'd get cheesed off enough to want to go outside itself. Our cats always went outside at night.

The cat moves off the furniture when you want it to.
My sister who is a cat person - her cat will jump on her seat when she gets up, so when she comes back and the cat won't move, she goes to sit on the cat and it moves.

Sounds like your cat has servants

Can I borrow that ski glove...

the cat moved eventually but cam back about half an hour to sleep on the end of the bed...

And as for putting them outside my cats know how to knock on doors(screen door) and would keep me up all night...

Yep...i can relate to that. Cats know comfort.

First time then girlfriend-now mrs Ringo had dinner with my folks the cat was eyeing her off studying this new person in the house.

Mrs Ringo isn't a cat person in anyway, shape or form and is actually a little scared of them.

I say to her not to worry about the cat "it won't hurt you" I say.

We sit down to dinner. Cat walks over to her, sniffs her and then, just to test her, he very casually reachs up and sinks a claw into her thigh.

She screamed, I laughed, Mum and Dad apologised profusley and cat got turfed outside.....

: thats funny.

our cat is one of the most spoilt little snobby cats i have known.
at about 8:30 at night, he will go start to cry, then come over to you and tap you 3 times, so you follow him and he will go striaght to the end of the bed, jump up and start purring very loudly. leave the room he will turn in upside down.

if you are in bed and move your feet, he'll chase it an punce on it, bite it... then sleep... and when he sleeps he snores. anyone else who has a cat, do they snore?

here's a picture of the spoilt brat. he is only 4 years old and not fully grown yet, he towers over our moltease dog who is 13 years old, all tho not the biggest dog in the the world

Your lucky its only a cat, we have two stumpy tail cattle dogs and a cat, who just love to jump into bed.

If you get up for a leak in the middle of the night, the bastards are on my pillow, all tucked up under the doona. :voldar02:

So I spend all night kicking them off, especially the puppy, then at 5.30 when the alarm goes off, I either get a lick up the chops from the dogs, or I just get jumped on.

One measly little cat, wish I had it that good. : : :

BJR22N - Ure cat look cranky and mean and carries weight, I like it, - enter in politics for the upcoming NSW election. It can become either - Minister for Resources, or Transport

Chandler is a pure breed British Blue. very stocky build and very lazy. He is rarely happy, the only time he is happy is when he is getting a feed, or can fit into a bag.

I brought the talking boony and beefy dolls, boony said 'I follow 2 teams, Australia and anyone playing the Poms.' Chandler crash tackled boony to the gound ... :

Chandler has a real hourglass figure, just a little to much time spent on his a55. :evil3:
