yeha dont know only glimpsed them.. was just a truck load of vintage cars of that sort of shape..
was quite strange obviously.. definatly a classic among classics.. hard to think, that is what a T bucket etc hotrod comes from eh..

At least thse days you can get fibreglass bodies and leave the real ones for the restorers.

I have tremendous respect for vintage cars like that, but what would catch alot of people off guard is one with a chunky V8, or hypo Turbo 6.

Those of you from canberra may have noticed several hundred Austin Motor Cars from the 1920s-1970s around the town theres an Austins Over Australia which is heald in a different state and is run every 2nd easter weekend. My dads up there in my 1950 Austin A40 as i couldnt be due to work and family commitments

Yeh saw them yesterday. Some unusual cars there, ones I had not seen before.
I was more interested though in the Mustangs across the road though. Some really top quality cars there this year. Would of been a really tough job being a judge. |
