Default Gauge Cluster Problems

Hi guys,

Yes my AU2 is slowly dying. new issue is both the digital display and analog gauge are showing the car as currently having 0kms left! And I just topped it up. From some reading I did on the forums I gather its the "sender" ? What sort of price is this fix going to come at? I really cbf spending more money on this car so just trying to gauge how bad it is.

Also, the temp gauge is also reading towards the cold side permanentlly since this fuel thing happened.

Thanks for your help

you should be able to pick up a sender cheap from the wreckers but with your temp problem i'd be looking else where test to see if it is the sender by puting about 170 ohms from the sender wire to earth with the wire off the sender. If it reads full it is the sender if not it's either wiring or more likley the cluster
