Mechanic required

Hi All,

I was wondering if anyone can recommend a mechanic is the northern suburbs of Melbourne. I have a BA XR6 NA and am sick of mechanics that over charge and dont take the necessary steps to make sure everything is ok.

I used to get the car serviced by a Ford dealer but I got sick of things like - "your hand brake needs adjusting sir" - "ok adjust it" - "happy to sir but it will cost you extra $88.00 per hour" or you need wiper blades and they are $35.00.

I want a mechanic that is honest and thorough and charges a reasonable price for his work.

Be patient buddy, this is a club section and people do have jobs.
You could try Herrods.

Try Promaz in Tomo. I've heard good things about them unfortunately havent used them as teh SR is under warranty. I know its weird, but they do Commos and Falcons.
