Cool Falcon for 50 years

Well they nearly didnt make it as the Fairlane name in Australia anyway came here in 1959 with the Fairlane 500 and the Custom 300
and the Falcon in 1960
some other one I recall
Skyline here in 1967 known as the Nissan Prince Skyline GT
it was the fore runner to the GTR XU1 it had a six cylinder with tripple carbs with a long bonnet and short tail
and yes Commodores in 1978 but I saw n Opel Commodore in 1986 in Melbourne and an Opel Commodore in England in 1991 but it was a 1973 model
with 4 stud wheels and a 1300cc motor

You can imaging the Holden people saying "Haha! the Commodore has been along for longer than the Falcon" because of the 60th anniversary Holdens.

If they had a special edition they would have to explain in the ad:

"To commemorate 50 years of Falcon and 85 years of Ford in Australia..."
i actually had a holden driver tell me the first car in Australia was holden and the first production line was made by holden as well ..lol.......but then again the same person told me sharks learn to jump out of water cause he watch dolphins
