Whatever you're happy to pay for it really, that's what it boils down to in the end, being one owner doesn't make it immune to rust or any other problems that are associated with any older vehicle.
First thing would be to go right through it, lift carpets, jack it up and get under it to check for any rust or holes, take it for a drive around the block, the usual. Then see what they want and if you feel it's a fair price then go for it, if not then go through it's issues and negotiate. I know it's not a figure which is what you asked for, but price is very subjectiove when it comes to older vehicles, a run around could cost you $500-$1000 whereas a pristine low km show piece could set you back $5K and more. So the first thing would be to ask what they expect to get, then start to pick it's faults and negotiate at each find, that is of course unless they only really want to get rid of it so will be happy with any figure.
