Yeah def agree. They're a rare and sort after mod. I'd buy it, but you know, kinda went spastic with the buffing cloth and ended up with the XR5 :P

Already bought SVT one from US with injectors etc etc. So wouldn't need it. Its definitely worth buying for hassle free performance mod. I dont have speedo cable tough. I hope the existing one would fit.

Make sure nuts and bolts are included. You can use the existing ones but not sure about throttle body. Just confirm with the seller.

It sounds like all the right bits are all there however I think A$1000.00 is a bit expensive. The bracket and cable are essential, you can use your existing throttle body if you like as this one will be a lot bigger and you will have trouble fitting the air intake hose (the black hose thing that goes over the throttle body) over the larger throttle body but a K&N cold air intake will fix this and you will be sweet after that.

Offer him A$500.00 and he will probably take it, don't forget you will probably have to pay a mechanic to do the install for you.

It is good modification as it really makes the whole engine bay look a lot better, actual HP gain is not that much maybe 5-10hp but it is worth it.

yeah, $1000 is way too expensive. I spent A$550 including shipping (from USA) which includes injectors along with railing, all nuts and bolts,(few missing) IACV valve, throttle body, bracket, air intake hose, clamps, 2 gaskets, lower intake manifold, basically everything that sits on the block. Only thing I didn't get is the throttle cable. I think I can buy a new one or may be try and use the existing one. Once I clean both the manifolds, will get the upper intake manifold repainted and then I will fit it. If you are seriously looking for one of these, keep searching on ebay.com instead ebay.com.au and now or later you will definitely find one. Use key words like "SVT manifold" or "SVT upper intake manifold" when you search.

Thanks for the advise. I do look every now and then in the states but getting the complete set up seem a little hard. I was also looking at a cold air intake to add a bit more go.

I noticed he has re-listed this at $900.00, still to high, but I reckon he will take whatever he can get. It is good mod and makes a big difference to the engine bay and it is unusual for someone to offer this sort of thing in Australia.

Yes, it is still expensive. Whoever buys this should make sure that the black paint is in good condition. Otherwise, it looks awkward. I bought genuine SVT and paint is started to peel off. Waiting to get it repainted.

I just found that the listing has ended but posted in a new ad again.
