i wonder if ford have toyed with the idea of calling the Ecoboost something else, like fusion for example.
As I said it seems to have less to do with interior size and more to do with engine size
and which vehicles the car competes with, so if Ecoboost Falcon was aimed at I-4 Camry........

Everything was different, yet the VEII was hardly changed but you consider it revolutionary.

Your one eye is showing. The VEII is the least changed Commodore in history over a certain timeframe by far.
Went to the Holden dealer on Sat to have a look at that Thunder ute. Besides the salesman actually making out that their SVP was nothing special over the normal SV6/SS in terms of extras. It struck me how poor the interior still is in the series 2. The screen helps but it still looks cheap, and the leather had started to wear in a new car in the showroom. Mind you still good value compared to the current deal the XR6 is being advertised for.

I hope FG2 brings something otherwise start shutting down Campbellfield.

I agree, also people that would support a Ford product won't buy them as 'they know better'. Bit hard to advertise when the supporters won't buy them. Mind you the rest of the Ford products aren't doing all that well except for the Ranger.
