Default Pics - FPR V8 and the new Focus together

Hi all. In my competition to win the new Focus I thought I better introduce the car to its cousins as part of one of my tests. Interesting to see the modern passenger car and an ultimate racer together. Have more pics if you want.

To see my blog and vote so I can win the car, head here: http://bit.ly/focuswarren

The front end of that Focus is a mighty eye sore.

Looks very nice, I like it! I especially like the wide, aggressive air dam

They're not V8Supercars, just show cars.

Front of the new Focus looks great, the rear on that sedan variant is a bit wrong though.

Doesn't help the Focus being next to the FG racecars. I just can't get used to that front. Still think it looks like an angry snake with fangs.

I would love to be able to get a photo of my BA GT between the 2 race cars like the second pic. Good luck with the comp.

Thank you! Hoping I can generate as many votes in the next week so I can be a Ford owner!

@Linkachu - the front end styling is actually a lot better in real life once you see the whole car in perspective. I think smaller ones would make the car look more boring and less agressive. Cant wait to see what the RS looks like.

@ivorya - I didnt get to ride in it, but my brother managed to get a few laps with one of the drivers. Lucky!

Thanks for the comments and votes guys and keep them coming if you have a few seconds: http://www.carsales.com.au/ehub/ford...px?BloggerID=9

I personally think the new Focus is a great looking car, will definitely be getting the ST/XR variant when it is released.

+1. It's a massive step backwards in styling to the current LV. Having owned 2 of these in past models, this is a real dissapointment.

+1. I think its evolutionary rather than radical but looks good and is really well proportioned. I think the sedan looks good too.

I think the car looks great side on. The roof line looks great in the sedan.

Done. No man should have to endure the misery that is public transport. You look like you're going okay at the moment as well.
