it's off a ford, it's 19" and i need to replace it, but apparently you cannot buy them new anymore
whats the name of the wheel? don't think i can repair it, it's cracked down in the centre where its damaged |

Just did a search, I think they're called anz tazer?
another question... has anyone had a rim fixed that was not only bowed like in the pic, but had a crack in the rim(i'll post pic of crack) |

If it cracked once, getting it repaired wont make it as strong as it originally was so it may, and quite probably will crack again, would you feel safe driving on it knowing that could happen?

take it to eastern wheel works and see what they say get the opinion of the guy thats going to be fixing it

nothing is safe these days, i'd definitely feel safe as long as the wheel is turning smoothly
i'll probably just get the wheel replaced if i ever find someone selling one... i have another rim that needs re-rolling - but it's only a slight damage, not cracked. I got the wheels for free with meaty tyres, so whatever I spend will be justifiable I am a little confused at why anything over 2" wheel diameter is not roadworthy, i put the other 2x 19's on the front of my car and it grips like its on rails |
