Default Odometer lights

Hi guys I've got a problem with my s3 XR8 the odometer lights aren't working had the gloves changed they were working when I picked the car up then they stopped working. got a different cluster with new globes that didn't work anyone ever had this problem? It isn't the globes some other issue

When I put in new globes they initially did not work either.

Are you sure the globes are good?
I always grab some when I'm in the wreckers and majority of the time they are blown.
Multimeter checked globes and that they are getting power?

As stupid as it sounds, you can put the globes in back to front. If you fit them and they don't go, try taking the out and rotating them 180deg and refitting them before you bin them as duds. I refurbish the occasional climate control unit and discovered this little quirk along the way.

Yeah thanks tried that didn't work. Tried different cluster still the same. Yes they're brand new bulbs. Got sparky coming tmw have a look. More than just a bulb problem.

Well it's the BCM it's not sending earth signal to the cluster
