Default Identifying Gauges

Hey guys, thought I might try my luck in here and see if anyone can identify what car these gauges come out of. I inherited a whole bunch of old Ford parts and these were amongst them, so I haven't got a clue what they came out of.

One is obviously a temperature gauge and the other a fuel gauge.

(Sorry about the poor photo quality but not everyone is a photographer!! )

There are serial numbers (i think) at the base of each one if that is relevant to identify them just let me know and i will post the details up.

Cheers
Melz

they look to be out of a car that wont go. I can tell this because the engine is stone cold , and the reason it wont go is because there is no fuel in the tank!!!! could be any number of cars in this day of fuel prices .

but seriously , I have no idea !

Are you after serious info? I have no idea what car they're out of - however clearly its only the top rectangle that's visable (dirty section on temp guage); with this in mind I do recall a VF Valiant Pacer having white dials and the font and rectangular (visable) shape are indeed similar to VE/VF/VG Valiant models. I'm not sure if VE or VG Pacer's had white dials or if it was only VF, however to ME the Valiant Pacer might be a possibility?
