You can call it a loophole if we can stop calling government funded education and health care “free”.
Nothing is free. It’s tax payer funded.

It’s also time to end the LCT. We already pay stamp duty and GST.

Love it when the Loopy Left claims something is "Costing Us Money" based on the non-payment of a tax or charge that doesn't actually exist, and that nobody would pay if it did.

"Oh look, the Government's Failure to Collect Shithead Tax is costing the Taxpayer Billions!"

What about homeless people? They’re getting away with not paying rates, land tax and stamp duty.
It’s costing us millions.
