Bad result!
After heat and freeze spray, the easy out I used chewed the grub screw out, tith the bottom of it holding fast.

The fitting has been ground off and replaced.

I’m sure a machinist could have drilled it out, re-tapped and installed a larger grub screw. But at what cost? And the danger of damaging the shaft.
